Malabar takes its name from the Malabar coast of southwest India, where the line is reported to originate. It is a robust cultivar: thick, meaty stems, heavy caps and a dry weight that feels solid in the hand.
It belongs to the moderate band of Psilocybe cubensis. There is no independently published potency figure for it, so treat any number a vendor gives you, ours included, as an estimate and dose accordingly.
Reports describe an even onset, a long and level plateau and a thoughtful, body-aware headspace. It is a strain people return to when they want predictability over spectacle.

Consistent between orders
Second time buying this one. Same density and the same even cure as the first batch, which is really what I was checking for. Shipping was a day slower this time but still tracked the whole way.
Dense, and dry the whole way through
Thick stems and heavy caps, exactly as described. Nothing was damp in the middle, which is the thing I have been caught out by before. The pouch reseals properly so the rest has kept well.
