Paying in crypto

It takes about two minutes.

Crypto is the discreet way to pay, and it is the reason we can keep your name off a bank statement. Payments run through a hosted crypto gateway, so we never see or hold your wallet.

The easy way

Pick your coin, and here's what to do.

The payment page works a little differently on each network. Choose the coin you'll pay with to see exactly what happens.

SOL · USDT · USDC on Solana

Connect Phantom or Solflare.

The fastest route, and the cheapest: Solana fees are a fraction of a cent. Both wallets are free, and both let you pay in a few taps.

Here's how it goes
  1. Have the wallet ready

Install Phantom or Solflare (free, ~1 minute) and add a little SOL, USDT or USDC before you check out.

  2. Pick your wallet

At payment, choose Solana and tap the wallet you installed.

  3. Connect

Your wallet opens and asks to connect to the payment processor — approve the prompt.

  4. Approve the payment

The wallet shows the exact amount already filled in. Approve, and your order is paid.

On a computer, use the wallet's browser extension, or scan the QR code with the app on your phone.

ETH · USDT · USDC on Ethereum

Connect MetaMask.

For ETH, and for USDT or USDC on Ethereum. MetaMask works as a browser extension on a computer and as an app on your phone.

Here's how it goes
  1. Have MetaMask ready

Install it (free) and fund it with ETH, or with USDT/USDC on Ethereum plus a little ETH for the network fee.

  2. Pick Ethereum

At payment, choose ETH (or USDT/USDC on Ethereum) and then MetaMask.

  3. Connect

On a computer the extension pops up; on a phone the app opens, or scan the QR code with it. Approve the connection.

  4. Confirm the transaction

MetaMask shows the amount and the network fee (gas). Confirm, and the order is paid once Ethereum confirms it, usually within minutes.

The network fee is paid in ETH on top of the amount, so keep a little ETH in the wallet even when paying in USDT or USDC.

BTC on the Bitcoin network

Send to the address shown.

Bitcoin works with any wallet or exchange: nothing to connect. The payment page gives you an amount, an address and a QR code for this order alone.

Any Bitcoin wallet or exchangeYour phone wallet, a hardware wallet, or the withdraw screen of the exchange where you bought it.
Here's how it goes
  1. Pick Bitcoin

At payment, choose BTC. The page shows "Send exactly" with the amount in BTC and its value in dollars.

  2. Scan or copy

Scan the QR code with your wallet app, or copy the wallet address and the amount (each has a copy button) into your wallet or your exchange's withdraw screen.

  3. Send the exact amount

Send exactly what is shown, and only BTC on the Bitcoin network. If your exchange takes a withdrawal fee, add it so the full amount arrives.

  4. Wait for confirmation

Send before the countdown on the page runs out, and keep the page open. The status changes from "Waiting for payment" once the network sees it; Bitcoin usually confirms in 10–30 minutes.

Sending another coin, or BTC on a different network, to this address can lose the funds. An underpayment delays the order until the rest arrives.

  1. Fill your bag and check out

Shop normally. At checkout you enter a delivery address and pick Crypto as the payment method — there is no account to create and no card form to fill in.

    No name reaches a bank
  2. Pick the coin you already hold

Checkout shows your total converted into each coin we accept, and locks that rate for 15 minutes. Whatever the market does inside that window, the amount you owe does not move.

    Rate held for 15 minutes
  3. Send from your wallet or exchange

You get a payment address and a QR code generated for this order alone. Scan it with your wallet app, or copy the address and paste it into your exchange's withdraw screen. Send the exact amount shown.

    One address per order
  4. The network confirms, we pack

Confirmation usually lands in a few minutes — faster on Solana, a little longer on Bitcoin. Your order moves to packing automatically the moment it clears, and you get a tracking number by email.

    Usually minutes, not hours

Coins we accept

  • BTCBitcoin~10–30 min
  • ETHEthereum~1–5 min
  • USDTTetherseconds–5 min
  • SOLSolanaseconds
  • USDCUSD Coinseconds–5 min

Typical network confirmation, not our packing time. USDT and USDC settle in seconds on Solana and in a few minutes on Ethereum — checkout shows which chain you are sending on.

Before you send

What if I send slightly the wrong amount?
The gateway reconciles it. Underpay and you are shown the shortfall with the same address to top up; overpay and we refund the difference to a wallet address you give us.
Do I need to already own crypto?
Yes — we do not sell it. Any major exchange will sell you the amount you need and let you withdraw it to the address shown at checkout.
Is a stablecoin safer for me?
For a purchase, usually. USDT and USDC track the dollar, so the amount you send is the amount you meant to spend, with no chance of paying in an asset that jumps after you send it.

Step three, in practice

Scan, send, done.

Checkout shows an address and a QR code generated for your order alone. Scan it with a wallet app or paste the address into an exchange's withdraw screen. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.

Paying by card

Prefer a card? That works too.

At checkout, choose Pay by card. A secure payment page opens in a new tab, where you pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay; your order confirms itself as soon as the payment goes through. A card processing fee is shown before you pay, and the first time you pay by card the payment provider may ask you to confirm your identity once.

The easy way

Pick how you'll pay, and here's what to do.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay all start the same way at checkout. Choose yours to see exactly what happens on the payment page.

Visa · Mastercard · credit or debit

The card processing fee is shown in the order summary before you pay. The first payment with a provider may include a one-time photo ID check, about two minutes.

Before you pay by card

My card was declined. What now?
Tap Change on the payment page and pick another provider. Each one works with different banks, so a card one provider declines often goes through with another. Your order waits for you in the meantime.
Should I turn off my VPN?
Yes. Providers check that your card and your location match, and a VPN can make them decline a payment that is otherwise fine.
The payment page did not open.
This happens most inside the Facebook or Instagram app. The store tab shows an Open the secure payment page button; tap it, or open our site in Safari or Chrome and check out there.
Why does the provider's page mention USDC?
The provider processes card payments by converting them into a digital dollar (USDC) for us. You are charged the CAD amount shown at checkout, and there is nothing for you to receive, store or manage.
